Customer Support Associate
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across voice, chat and email for our FinTech and eCommerce clients.
Collections Specialist
Manage 1st and 3rd party collections for US lending clients, with full compliance training provided.
Technical Support Executive (L1/L2)
Resolve technical tickets for SaaS and technology clients — troubleshooting, triage and escalation management.
Back-Office Data Associate
Process high-volume data entry, document verification and MIS reporting for lending and healthcare clients.
Team Lead / Quality Analyst
