From a one-man operation in 2017 to a globally-oriented private limited company — the story of Advaya Global, what our name means, and why we exist for more than profit.
Every great company starts with one person who refuses to stop. Here is ours.
Abhishek Kumar Sinha registers Skynet Infotech as a sole proprietorship in Noida, India — driven by a simple belief: that world-class BPO delivery should not require a world-class budget. First clients in customer support and back-office processing come through referrals and sheer hustle. One person, one vision, many late nights.
The client base grows steadily. Skynet Infotech moves into financial services — consumer lending support, collections, and back-office processing for NBFCs and small finance companies. The team begins to take shape. Processes are documented, quality frameworks built, and a reputation for reliable, responsive delivery spreads by word of mouth.
The pandemic tests every business. Skynet Infotech adapts — pivoting to remote-ready models and supporting clients through uncertainty. But Abhishek does not stop there. Green Warriors NGO mobilises to feed thousands of families left without income during lockdowns. Over 14,000 people were fed. The belief becomes action: business exists to serve people — all people.
The operation deepens its expertise in financial services — auto finance, housing finance, mortgage support and specialist collections. AI-augmented workflows begin to be layered in: smarter diallers, sentiment analysis, automated quality checks. The operational model that will become Advaya Global's foundation is refined through real client work and real results.
After years of building delivery capability, the vision shifts outward. The time has come to serve businesses in the USA, UK, Canada and Australia — markets where offshore BPO expertise is in high demand and quality is everything. The rebranding journey begins. A new name is needed. A name that means something.
Skynet Infotech gives way to Advaya Global Pvt. Ltd. — a private limited company incorporated in India with a Canada headquarters, built to serve the global market at scale. ISO 27001:2022 certification achieved. The name changes. The soul does not. The same operational rigour, the same commitment to people — now with a structure built for the world.
Advaya (अद्वय) is a Sanskrit word rooted in the philosophy of Advaita Vedanta — one of Hinduism's most profound philosophical traditions. It means non-dual: the recognition that all apparent separation, all division, all boundaries between self and other, between us and them — are ultimately illusory.
At its core, Advaya is the insight that everything arises from one source. The tree and the seed. The ocean and the wave. The client and the partner. In choosing this name, we declare our operating philosophy: we do not see borders, hierarchies or divisions. We see one interconnected whole — and we serve it with everything we have.
For Advaya Global, non-duality means no division between client success and our success. No division between quality and affordability. No division between offshore and onshore standards. We operate as one extended team — an indivisible partner in your growth.
Our tagline — "Beyond Division. Toward Unity." — is not marketing copy. It is a commitment. We transcend the division between east and west, between cost centre and value creator, between vendor and partner.
The name honours our Indian heritage — 5,000 years of philosophical wisdom — while declaring our global ambition. We carry ancient values of interconnectedness into the modern business world, serving clients from Toronto to Texas to London with the same undivided dedication.
Abhishek Kumar Sinha began his BPO career from the ground up — working through every layer of contact centre operations, quality, compliance and leadership over more than 12 years. That hands-on journey became the foundation of Skynet Infotech in 2017 and ultimately Advaya Global today.
He is a nature lover, an animal welfare advocate, and a firm believer that the purpose of business is to make the world better — not just bigger. Through Green Warriors NGO, which he founded, he channels that belief into planting trees, feeding communities and protecting street animals across India.
I didn't start this company to build another BPO. I started it because after 12+ years working every seat on the operations floor — agent, QA, team lead, manager — I kept seeing the same two problems: businesses forced to choose between quality and cost, and an industry that treats people as headcount instead of human beings.
Advaya exists to prove both problems are solvable at once. We deliver work we are genuinely proud of, at a price that makes sense — and we run the company by the values I live by: every person matters, every creature matters, and business should leave the world better than it found it. That's why at least 5–10% of every billing goes to planting trees and caring for street animals. It is not marketing. It is the reason the company exists.
If you become our client, you get my personal promise: we will treat your customers the way we would want to be treated — and your success will fund work that matters far beyond business.
The reasons behind the company — beyond the balance sheet.
Too many businesses are forced to choose between quality and cost when they outsource. We exist to remove that trade-off — proving that a BPO partner rooted in real operational discipline and genuine care for people can deliver both, at the same time, every time.
To help businesses across the world reduce operational costs, improve customer experience, and scale sustainably — by building dedicated teams that operate as a true extension of our clients, not a distant vendor relationship.
To become the outsourcing partner of choice for growing businesses in the US, UK, Canada and Australia — known as much for operational excellence as for the integrity and purpose behind every engagement.
Led from the front by a founder who has personally worked every layer of BPO operations — from agent to account manager to Managing Director — leadership at Advaya Global means staying close to the work, not managing from a distance.
This is not a CSR checkbox. It is a standing commitment: at least 5–10% of every client billing is spent on planting trees and giving street animals shelter, food and medical care. Every invoice our clients pay makes the world measurably better.
Green Warriors was founded with one belief: the earth is not ours to consume — it is ours to protect. Our volunteers plant trees across states, organise community cleanups, and educate young people about environmental responsibility.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, when millions were left without food or income, Green Warriors mobilised — and over 14,000 people were fed through its community kitchens and relief drives.
Run under the Green Warriors umbrella, our Animal Shelter Initiative is born from a simple truth: street animals cannot speak for themselves — so we speak for them. Every animal is treated as a sentient being deserving of love, food and safety.
Abhishek's personal motto — "Love One Another, including every living being" — is lived here, every single day.
Any service, any team size, any country — every single billing counts. No exceptions.
At least 5–10% of that billing is committed to Green Warriors NGO and the Animal Shelter Initiative.
Saplings in the ground. Meals for families. Food, shelter and medical care for street animals.
"All for One and One for All.
Love One Another."
